Is my cleanser oil based?
I use the cerave blemish control cleanser and I was wondering if it was oil based or water based because I looked it up and can't find any results and I honestly don't know how to tell the difference between what's water based or oil based but I have heard depending on your skin type you should cleanse twice, once with a water based cleanser and again with an oil based cleanser
