Are there any Europe based medical schools offering Medicine in English without a requirement for Biology A level ( Chemistry, Physics, Maths for example)
I think that'll be hard to find if any since Biology is pretty much the foundation. You can find unis that don't need Chemistry but not for Biology. But good luck in your search!
In England Chemistry is mandatory but Biology only in 50% of medical schools.
Yes there are a couple unis, but not 50%. And it's really hard without biology. You will get quizzed on during your interview about A level Biology topics. Usually those unis ask 1st subject to be chemistry and a second science subject (biology/physics/maths).

Biology is not a requirement at 23 med schools (out of about 38 for standard entry), but for many a 2nd science is, so physics and maths as per OP would be fine. Nowhere outside of Oxbridge asks academic questions at interview for medicine
