Dissertation crashing Turnitin Draft Coach
Hi, I have been trying to check my 20k word dissertation through Turnitin similarity check, the issue is, at first, it took 3 hours and then crashed without any results, and now it just keeps crashing instantly... Should I go to the library and try it on one of the computers there instead? I would appreciate any suggestions
There can be issues if the document is big and also if a lot of people are using it at the same time. If you have had three attempts, you can't get another for 24 hours. Not sure if all of these apply but if it keeps crashing, yes I would go into the uni and get some help from the library.
