can you maintain your physique/muscles by doing moderate weights?

title.
Well moderate weights is quite broad, for me using 60kg bench press would be moderate but another person’s max.
What matters with training is intensity, and that is up to u how hard you train.
But to maintain physique moderate training intensity is sufficient. So as a general answer moderate weights should be fine as long as ur still exerting yourself with the weights rather than just mindlessly going through the motions.
