UAL reschedule interview but no reply

UAL reschedule interview but no reply

I was supposed to have an interview with UAL on the 5th of April, but there was technical difficulties that didn't authorize me to join the video call. So I contacted the admissions team and they say they will reschedule it. But after two weeks I still didn't get any notifications and followed up twice within another week, then they just told me to keep waiting. What should I do now? I don't want to follow up again but I'm nervous that they might have just skipped me altogether.
