Flat Share Nottingham
Hi,
I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 2023/24. The flat is a two bedroom flat, just a few minutes walk from the Notts Trent Uni and the Arboretum. The Waverley Centre is set back from the road and the flat is on the 2nd floor, bedroom is located at the back, where there is a private gated car park, with an allocated space for the flat.
This is for one person to take over a shared tenancy (the remaining tenant is female), due to a change in my circumstances.
Costs
£600 per month, exclusive of bills, current bills are divided into two at £130 per month for each tenant.
The tenancy runs from 3rd July 2023 until 16th June 2024 ( 11 payments of £600 and 1 payment of £276)
Deposit of £540 required which is refundable at the end of the tenancy.
