Tenancy Takeover needed for Moriss House Accommodation in Nottingham

Hi guys! I have a classic Ensuite room available for Moriss House which is a brand-new building at £190 per week. Meaning all the rooms are fresh. The kitchen is also quite big and is shared. They're also lots of facilities/areas like gym, karaoke room, game room, laundry, cinema room etc available here.
The room is on a shared flat with 5 other people. The accommodation is most ideal for students based at Jubilee campus as it is within a short walking distance there.
