Can you go to a different uni but study the same course?

Can you do the same degree but at different uni?

It looks as though you have already completed your degree. WHy would you do this and how would you fund it?

I work in universities and I don't even know if we have a policy on this given that it'd be so silly. You have to declare previous study and nobody is going to admit you again for the same course you already graduated from.
There’s also the issue of academic progression if the OP is international.

It's not a compelling reason. If you have evidence of this then you can complain via the usual channels.

You should go through your universities official academic appeals process with your evidence.

I have looked into the terms and conditions for academic appeals, and all that I wanted to state sounds like academic judgement

What should I ask and tell the student union?

Isn't it obvious? Literally what you have said above about bias etc. They are best placed procedurally and so on.

In that case you're unfortunately out of luck.

You can’t get a visa to study the same degree as you already completed

If you were taking the same level of qualification again then the uni would need to justify to the UKVI why they were sponsoring your visa for further study.

As noted by PQ, the uni can’t do this if you are taking the same subject at the same level again.

This is to stop people misusing the student visa route to spend time in the UK.
