East Park vs Lafrowda

Of course East Park is the nicer, shiny one but how is the social aspect there compared to Lafrowda? And how much better is Lafrowda in terms of location? Which one is the best one considering all factors?

Can't comment on social aspects but from visiting 3 weeks ago, East Park and Lafrowda are like less than 5 minutes walk from each other.

Exeter campus is pretty compact tbh - doesn't take long to walk anywhere

Location wise, they’re both pretty similar, with Lafrowda being a bit closer to town than East Park, but that’s about it.
In regards to the social aspect, Lafrowda has a bit of a reputation for being the ‘party’ accommodation, so if you’re interested in that then that’s definitely something to consider, but socialising with flat mates is something that you should try to do in any accommodation. One thing I will also say is that East Park has common rooms and revision areas not in the flat while Lafrowda doesn’t. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
