SFE and accomodatiom

Hi, Basically, next academic year I will move out in accommodation which is very expensive and its £1320 month because it’s a studio. And i’m just wondering how much i can get from SFE? Well my parents gonna support my living but they don’t get paid enough money from their work. Also how will it affect me in the future

The amount of maintenance loan you might receive depends on where you live (at uni or with parents), whether your uni is in London or not, and parental income. There is table on the following page to give you an idea of maximum amounts for 23/24 (minimum is around £4,600):

Hi there,
I would recommend checking out this link as it can offer an estimate of how much you can get. https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-calculator It might also be worth looking into what financial help your university may be able to offer you if you are struggling.

I hope this helps,
