i got my provisional offer on 9th of February 2023 and today is 29th of April and still waiting for my unconditional offer
from where? why do u expect an unconditional offer?

Is this for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree? Did the "provisional" offer mandate any conditions which you needed to meet? Have you now met those conditions, and provided evidence of such the university? When did they receive that evidence? Have they given any estimate for how long it would take to receive an unconditional offer once they'd received all the required evidence?
