having two appointments at the same time

I'm off cancelling my dentist appointment for my hair appointment. I'm in such a sticky situation. I've been wanting my hair done for months now. Especially since I'm going on holiday on Saturday.
I had booked the hair appt since the start of April & I've committed a lot to going and paying £120. And now for the worst timing ever, I have a painful dental emergency that needs attending to, tomorrow during a time I am scheduled to get my hair done as well.

I don't know what todo... I am thinking of cancelling my dentist appointment for the hair dressers, which I know is silly. But I can't find another hair dresser that specialises in my hair texture that is available this week. I'm so down about this. My family think I'll be stupid if I go with my hair appt than the drs. And they'll be right.

I am contemplating whether to call a bunch of other dentists early in the morning to see if I can have an appt after my hair appt, which is at 2pm. I feel so awful. Like, I really want both appointments to happen, but not at the same time. I am trying to negotiate this issue with the hairdresser but I fear it's not going well.

I don't want to lose my money, its costing me £120.

can you not just reschedule your hair appointment?

Who pays in advance for a hair appointment when you don't know how it's going to turn out?

Go to the dentist; you'll enjoy your holiday less if you're in pain than having untidy hair.

I thought I could. I've been trying to negotiate and offer to pay for inconveniences but I don't think it's going to work. Also, not too sure on the dentist, if it will be worth going and they end up doing nothing. (Treatment). It's £25 for an urgent appt so I'm assuming they'll do the recommended procedures but I'm sure they're money minded and would want me to come back for further work. Idk :/

I've paid for the deposit the rest of the money is due today.

Even though it pains me to say, I'll have to go to the dentist. I guess you're right.. I'll enjoy my holiday more when I'm less in pain. Just hope to find a hair dresser ASAP.
