Need replacement tenant - Burley Road Leeds - cheaper rent than currently on website

I booked a room at campus living villages, Burley Road in Leeds.
It's a bronze room - meaning it's a single bed with an ensuite. Only reason I want to give it to someone else is i've decided to stay living at home and to learn to drive.
My tenancy agreement states that my rent is £135 a week, however it's now being advertised at £159 a week. If you take over my tenancy you will pay the £135 a week rather than the £159. It's in leeds city center and has good links to all unis in leeds.
