DVLA provisional

Hello,

I wanted to know more about my provisional driving license . According to the information I received, as of 30/03/2023, no license had been issued to me. However, I sent in a signed form on 20/04/2024, so I'm confused about the timeline.

Additionally, if my license was cancelled on 30/03/2023, I have not received any refund as of yet. Can anyone provide me with more information? Thank you.

So am I. A licence hadn't been issued to you before you sent in a form, and the form you signed was dated next year?
