Do I need to provide a P45??
I’m 16 and recently started a weekend job. My employer website has a checklist to be completed and has a required task to send your P45 to your employer (however, this can be marked as “not applicable”). I do not have a P45 so do i send a starter checklist or mark it as “not applicable”? Sorry if this sounds dumb I have no idea when it comes to stuff like this but any advice would be appreciated <3

You can put not applicable as you will not receive a P45 until leaving your job
