Menstrual periods and a level exams

I was surprised to see very little about how people get through exams while menstruating. I am currently at the beginning of the worst period I think I have ever had, yet there does not seem to be any information on how to address this in an exam, either here or on respective exam board websites. Why is there such little discourse on this issue, I know I can’t be the only one suffering with this.

literally, I don’t understand how it can be deemed fair to make period haver’s do exams opposite people who are unaffected. It’s a serious disadvantage for someone with bad periods or period related conditions.
