Rejecting visa
So recently I got given a student visa to go study in japan but I'm not sure if I can go in July due to personal and family issues. Does anyone know if its possible to either delay the visa a few months or do I have to reapply for it and if I do have to reapply does turning down the visa affect my chances of it being accepted in the future
