Year 12 and bad mock results

My subjects are Sociology, Business and English Lit/Lang.

In my January mocks I got D in Sociology and E in Business and English
I recently got my summer mock results back and received a U in Business and a E in Sociology (not got my English back yet)

Is it possible to resurrect these results and do well in Year 13 realistically?

Yes, you can turn your grades around, you have one year left (dont make that an excuse to not revise), i regret not being consistent and taking regular breaks.
Ask yourself, are you trying hard? How many hours per day of your own revision are you doing outside school? if you are not satisfied with those answers, then START NOW, make it easier for your future self.
