Anybody looking for off campus accommodation and plan to room with people?

Just wondering if any student from Leeds Trinity or Beckett are looking for off-campus accommodation (since evidently, it is cheaper). I've looked about, found places as low as £60pppw, some do not have wifi. Yet it seems far cheaper to buy it personally, it would only be £26 a month, split between 4-6 people. It is far cheaper than going to a place that is 150pppw, just for wifi. Same is true with many facilities.

In short:
Looking to find people to room with for the 2023/2024 uni year, wondering if anybody is interested.
