Year 2 entry - what are my options?

I before I confirm on UCAS my year 2 entry I wanted to ask, if I do not get accepted for second year, I do have a place for first year at the new univeristy, but if I end up changing my mind, would I be able to continue at my current univeristy to go onto second year?

Creating a new application on UCAS doesn't change your status on your current course. You'll only be withdrawn from your current course when/if you follow your current university's formal withdrawal process.
