You should know about frequency density and how it maps to frequencies (marked on the bars)? Then its just a case of choosing the bar which contains the "middle person" which is the third bar.
I’ve forgot the content but I think you do 58/2 to get 29 which is the middle person and then work out the frequencies of each bar… then see which bar has the 29th in it
