As levels and medicine

I've just finished my As levels and I do maths, biology chemistry and physics.
Biology and chemistry were fine, however maths was pretty difficult and i'm pretty sure i've messed up my physics.
My question is do medical universities care if you've retaken an as level to get a better overall a level grade?

Depends
They want you to (1) finish the medical course (2) demonstrate that you're pretty intelligent (3) show that you can get your hands dirty dealing with other peoples' bodies and diseases.
