SFE tuition fee expected date

Hi , my 3rd term tuition fee has been added to my debt balance and it says it has been paid however the expected date is different and when I ask my uni they say they haven't got the money yet. So why does it say it has been paid on my SFE but my uni hasn't been paid yet for 3rd term tuition fees and also the expected date is in a few day time. Does this mean my uni will find the money on the expected date?
