Can I still do a foundation year course even if I get a d in one of my grades :(
This is for Sussex btw - for the foundation year course I need to get CCC - I feel like however I might get one b for example c then a d - would they still accept me ?

They have the option to still accept you, yes.
But whether they have space to do so depends on the results of other offer holders for the course.
