Instagram problems
Instagram is now saying to me when I look at who I’m following and who other people are following that they limit how often I can do certain things on Instagram to protect the community.
Does this mean that I will never be able to look at who I’m following and who other people are following again?

Maybe those people have restricted you for some time or any of your comments might've broken the community guidelines because of having been reported about it.
