University refusing to change fee status
Anyone had an experience with university refusing your fee status change, even though you provided evidence? I got a bursary accepted by SAAS, and one Scottish university changed my fee status, but despite sending the second Scottish university exact legislation extracts, they refuse to change my fee status on invalid and unlawful grounds. I am starting to run out of ways to escalate this, and it’s taking a lot of my time and making me quite stressed just when I have exams.
