Finding a flatmate

Hey guys, me and another girl (Emily) have found a flatshare in harrow which is 5 minutes away from university of westminster, harrow campus and we are looking for a third roommate . The room available is a large double room, £575 a month with approximately £125 in bills. We hope to be an all girls flat and we are both studying at harrow campus, me doing film and Emily doing fashion! Hi guys, this place sounds great and is exactly what I've been looking for since the Harrow halls are all full. I'll be studying film as well! I know you're preferably looking for an all girls flat so I understand if I'm not exactly what you're looking for as I'm 21 and a guy but in case you haven't found someone yet I thought I'd enquire as it checks all the boxes and everywhere else is booked up.
