Are my A level options best for a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science?

I’ll be taking CAIE Marine Science, AQA Mathematics, AQA Physics and AQA Statistics. I would take A level Environmental Science or A level Geology but, due to the availability of practicals I can’t take them. Are my chosen option good for an environmental science degree?

I would have considered A Level Biology and A Level Chemistry to be more relevant. However, Maths and Physics should be fine for pretty much any degree, even the pickiest ones (require 2 sciences, which includes Maths).
You can only be sure if you look through the entry requires for the specific degree that you want to apply for.

For example UEA (https://www.uea.ac.uk/course/undergraduate/bsc-environmental-sciences#course-entry-requirements) is asking just one of "Geography, Geology, Maths, Economics, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Physics"; you have picked maths and physics, so you should be more than fine. I can't be sure if marine science is an accepted subject to them though.

Manchester is asking for one science subject (https://www.manchester.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/2023/12124/bsc-environmental-science/entry-requirements/#course-profile), so physics is fine
Exeter accepts all 3 of your subjects (https://www.exeter.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/envsci/envsci/#entry-requirements)
Birmingham's is the same as UEA's (https://www.birmingham.ac.uk/undergraduate/courses/gees/environmental-science.aspx#EntryRequirementsTab)

I could go on, but it's more of the same.

If I would prioritise which subjects to not drop in case you need to, I would not drop maths and physics for any reason. You can drop one of the other 2.
If you want to swtich one of the science subjects out, I would consider Chemistry or Biology as substitutes. Geography would be a close third.
