Someone just pulled out of our house share last minute so we need someone to fill in their spot. The place is right on the seafront, everyone has their own room and toilet and it's very spacious. Rent is £136 a week on an 11 month contract. The holding deposit is £115 and they want the first month upfront+general deposit which is £961. The reason we need someone so soon is because the deposit is due on the 30th.
