are there black students at University of Oxford? What about comparing to Cambridge? and also on this link https://www.ox.ac.uk/about/facts-and-figures/admissions-statistics/undergraduate-students/current/ethnicity the mixed heritage students headline, are these black people?

Why ask whether there are black students at the University of Oxford when the very document linked to confirms that there are?

Regarding your question about mixed heritage students, "are these black people?" as the document itself makes clear, these are students who don't have a distinct single heritage: "including White & Asian, White & Black African, White & Black Caribbean and other Mixed background".

University of Cambridge publishes similar data. See section 10 of this document, for example.
