I need help with an assignment about Law society and contraversy

I have to do a portfolio about how Law is formed through the medias influence the societal opinion. The topic I chose is SEND and access to education.

I would recommend reading around the topic of ‘moral panics’. Perhaps the James Bulger case in the late 90s or more recently black knife crime in London. Both received massive media attention and, aided by their respective political climates, resulted in legislative change.
