Mini pupillage

So I will be starting my third year of my law degree in September and I'm also planning to apply for a mini pupillage. However, I'm quite confused as to how it is going to work. If it takes place in the month of October, am I expected to skip my classes if it falls on a weekday? I apologise in advance if this is a dumb question lol.

Yes, however, the application for winter mini's often happens earlier in the year, therefore go and check if the one you are applying for is for 2023, or 2024. Further, taking a week off is not that much, considering how much a mini will help your career.

Not a dumb question at all.

Mini's are very important pieces of work experience so where you get them you need to seize them with both hands. If one clashes with your classes then yes the "right" decision here is to miss the class and see if you can reschedule the class, and/or catch up afterwards.
