Is she hiding something

This girl I've been talking to for a while and recently she went to a party without me because I had to cancel last minute. She went with a couple of mutual friends.

At the party a guy approached her and asked for a one to one conversation. I heard this through one of the mutual friends that went.

Apparently the guy is a co-worker of hers. I wanted to know if he asked her out / likes her, which i have also been told by other people, but she won't tell me. She also always talks about him to me, which is why i can't get over it.

Why is it your business? If you're just 'talking' to her, she's a friend and can talk to and see other people. You're not dating and there's no commitment.

Never understood this 'have to talk to know someone before we date'. The point of dates is to meet and see how you get on! If he's asked her out, well, you snooze, you lose.
