Chnaging university
I have accepted an offer and paid part fees to uni to accept the medicine course through non-ucas channel.
But now i have a better unconditional offer from clearing via ucas channel for medicine course. Although i already recieved my previous visa. Can i change my univeristy and ask for previous uni fess to be refunded as the course is yet to start in sept 2023.
Also what will be the visa implcation, do i need to apply for new uk visa

You would be best speaking to the immigration/visa team at your new incoming uni for guidance.
Regarding your fees, you need to check the refund policy of the first uni.

In addition check whether you will be liable for any accommodation fees you have signed up for.
