I’ve accepted a clearing offer and entered it on my UCAS clearing hub.
How long does it usually take before place confirmed by the Uni?
And
If I’ve met all the requirements of the offer (I think I do), does the Uni have to accept me, or is there a chance I still can be rejected

Have you genuinely phoned the Uni? Did you receive a verbal offer for this clearing course over the phone?
As long as the offer was a genuine verbal offer from the Uni and you have no outstanding requirements to meet that offer (ie: sent all documents/info the Uni requested), then it shouldn't take too long and you should be confirmed. Usually this is done via email after 1-3 days
