Are my Uni choices okay for my A-levels?? (Going into Y13)

I study maths, Further maths and physics predicted A*A*A respectively Im applying to:

LSE - actuarial sciences
UCL - Statistics, economic and finance
Warwick - MORSE
Bristol - Maths with statistics for finance
Manchester - maths and finance
My personal statement is mainly Statistics based, should I talk about economics?
No need to talk about Economics. Statistics & applications of mathematics in solving problems is fine.
Subject combination is fine.

Thanks I won't mention economics, If I was to do a paragraph in my personal statement solely about Actuarial sciences would it harm my other uni applications apart from LSE as Im applying for Actuarial sciences there?
