Edinburgh University - Application + Will I get in?

Hello. I'm 17 and two months away from applying for university.

I'm thinking of applying for a double major in maths and business, however, from my Scottish Highers I only managed to get AABBC which is the minimum for my preferred university.

But... I still have quite a few extra curriculars — silver DofE, music theory, grade 7 piano, volunteering, Judo (did till brown belt) and a summer internship at a investment company

I'm pretty confident in my personal statement but grades are what I'm worried about. I am worried that if I get a conditional offer, it will ask for 3 A's. The thing is that I'm not sure if I'm allowed to get an A/B at one advanced higher which I already scored an A in last year. And also, get a B at another advanced higher, alongside, an A at another higher.

In other words, can I still get into Edinburgh University if I get a conditional offer which requires three A's and I get them by getting a A/B at the advanced higher version of a subject which I got an A at before?

Wow, that was very wordy 😲.

But, please. Do respond quickly, someone? My deadline for re-coursing is tomorrow and I have currently chosen:

- Advanced higher Maths (didn't get an last year)
- Advanced Higher business (got an A last year)
- Advanced higher music (got an A last year)
- Economics (crashed the subject).
