Which medical school should I apply to?

Hi, I'm in a bit of a dilemma because my predicated grades, work experience and GCSEs have all been going according to plan but unfortunately my UCAT was disappointing so I'm not sure where to apply to. My qualifications are:

GCSEs:
9 x2
8 x4
7 x3
6 x1 (in French)

Predicted grades:
A*AA + EPQ

UCAT:
2580

It's unfortunate because in mock UCAT exams I got around 2700 but I guess things just went wrong but I'm still very dedicated to achieving my goal of going to a UK medical school. Any advice or recommendations are welcome.
