how to get into the Tech industry

Currently in 4th year and 2 of the subjects I chose are comp science and cybersecurity which involves ethical hacking, data security and digital foresnics, Interested in going further in ethical hacking but just wondering has anyone here done it before and what's the process like. Are there any exams for h/ah and after do you just go into uni or do you self learn or something and I would not mind any tips or reccomendations. Thanks.
