SFE- changing to means tested

Hi! So I have an application approved for the minimum standard amount even though I’m from a very low household income. There’s a bursary at university that helps disadvantaged students but you need to be means tested. Can I apply for means tested still and will this delay my amount, uni is 25 september for me! I was told that there are two forms to fill and instead of posting it by mail, I can upload it on the “upload supporting evidence” page, is this true? Thanks in advance!

Thank you, can I do it after the first installment? As I’m worried the payment will be delayed. If I’m payed september 18, can I fill out the means tested form around September 20 for example? Will that affect my tution amount that’s due October and will I get extra money from the means tested after already getting payed the first instalment or is it too late?
