Changed degree on Student Finance

I just changed my degree and I've made Student Finance aware - how long will it take to process my application once again? Also.. Will I have to reapply for my maintenance loan? My case took a long time to process and I am worried I won't get my loan in time.

Hi shibatan,

If you're changing only course/university, then you wouldn't need to apply again for the Maintenance Loan. Changes are currently taking 15 working days to process. Our timescales are estimates and can change daily up or down depending on how busy we are.

Once updated and approved, this will reflect online and then you will receive paperwork in the post.
