Job- Are you above statutory school leaving age?

I want to apply for a job but theres a question asking whether im above statutory school leaving age. Im 17 and live in england but im unsure as it says on the gov website: You can leave school on the last Friday in June if you’ll be 16 by the end of the summer holidays.
HOWEVER, then is says:
You must then do one of the following until you’re 18:

stay in full-time education, for example at a college
start an apprenticeship or traineeship
spend 20 hours or more a week working or volunteering, while in part-time education or training

So do I click yes, no or?
Click yes, you’re over the age of 16, so you are above statutory school leaving age.
