You can work from 13 but if you are under school leaving age then it can only be outside school hours, with time off during school holidays, no more than 4hrs out of 5, after 7am, before 7pm, not within 1hr of school starting and a whole bunch of stuff like that.

Some people i knew at that age worked in a takeaway shop. Answering phones or behind counter to take order.

but a paper round is your best bet

Have you tried doing the paper round? Im 14 and i dont do the paper round personally but alot of my friends do and they said its good. But you have to wake up early!
