If you didn’t receive the eligibility questionnaire does that mean you’ve been rejected?
You should receive one as they require it to assess whether you meet the eligibility criteria.
It may be worth sending them an inquiry via email to ask about this.

I'm thinking probably end of January. On their website they say interviews are 12th to 16th Feb.

Interview invites are early/mid Jan. They take place early/mid Feb and offers are given throughout march
such a small gap between interviews and offers damn
