Hi,
Does it look like this college accepts adults? If I re take gcses (19 years) then do A-Levels at 20 with them?

I suspect the reference on that page to "[t]he more adult environment" is in contrast to a school with a sixth form.
The page has a section "Have any questions or queries?" with a contact email address -- why not drop them a line and ask the question?
