Help with pff2

Hi I need help. So I am completing the form with my mum. On July, I recieved a letter saying that I will be getting the basic minimum maintenance loan of £3698… I didn’t know what a pff2 form was until September. So am I supposed to complete that or do another form? After completing pff2, do I upload it in my student finance account since my mum doesn’t have one? And if I am successful for higher payment, will it be add on to it?
