How to find that math? The weights in kg of the hand luggage carrried on to flight by 97 passengers are summarised by
Sum(x-5)=314 sum(x-5)^2=1623

Sum(x-5)=314 sum(x-5)^2=1623
It helps to say what you want to find are Sum x and Sum x^2. So for the first one, how does subracting 5 off each bag affect the total?
