Funding second degree

I have send my application for Msc Public Health to City London University and London Metropolitan Uni for January intake. But unfortunately i got told today that i am not eligible for Student Loan (2nd degree) . I am trying to find another way to fund the course.

Is there any Student Support funds i can apply please ?
I am on Universal Credit with kids under 4.
