UCAS- Parents education?

See this is something confusing to me since my parents don’t have a higher education and came from a different country with 0 higher education yet my mum has somehow managed to use connections to get her way into getting a business degree at UOC with 0 A levels etc so I really don’t know what to say on my application

Clearing and Applications Advisor

If she has a degree then she has higher education. HE means university level study and qualifications.
