Applying to courses/foundation years

I want to apply to a course at UAL CSM (2024/25) but I don't think I'll get in because of my grades
The university offers a broader foundation course which can then open options to other courses within the university
I was wondering if I can apply to a specific course on ucas AND the foundation course on their website

Course I want:

You can do a this Art Foundation Diploma (AFD) at a wide range of Unis and colleges - https://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/student-advice/what-to-study/art-and-design-foundation-diplomas
Many people heading for creative degrees do this as a bridge between school and Uni - just to get the breadth of experience/techniques, and as essentially a gap year. It also gives you the facilities / teaching help to build a good portfolio if you need this for a subsequent degree application.
